It has 4 single beds and a sofa-bed and can accomodate up to 5 persons.

| * Although we love all animals, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our facilities. | ||
| * Hot Water is provided from Electric Boiler. Turn it on for 10 minutes is sufficient. | ||

* Both 32" Flat Tvs are brand new and they are connected to Wi-Fi Internet. They have you tube, facebook and internet functions. A state of the art LCD television suitable for Work functions and kids entertainment! |

| * The washing machine is brand new so you dont have to worry about the laundry. Cleaning tools are provided to clean the house but cleaning chemicals are not provided. Two clothes horses are provided. | ||
| * We give extra attention to the noise, so no parties are allowed in the building. Respect the official quiet hours. | ||
| * There is a safety magnetic card in the room were is advisable to be removed when your are off the room. It is for your safety | ||

All the rooms are provided with or without flatmate. The price is lower of course if the room is used by two students.
